The McLeod’s had an existing conservatory, but it was starting to look old and become tired. It had been built many years ago with outdated materials which had led it to be far too hot in summer and too cold in winter. It was no longer a practical or fit for purpose room to use.

The next step was to arrange a FREE, no-obligation consultation and design meeting with the customer. During this meeting, we discussed the requirements for the project with Mr and Mrs McLeod before creating an initial design to quickly and accurately visualise how the new project could potentially look.

Below are the original mock-ups and designs created in advance of Mr & Mrs McLeod choosing Enhance Conservatories to build their Modern Orangery.

Following Mr & Mrs McLeod placing an order with Enhance Conservatories, we completed a detail survey to ensure accuracy and compliance with planning and regulations as well as confirming technical product specification and conformity.

On this particular project, planning permission had to be taken into account due to the size of the modern orangery. Planning was applied for on behalf of Mr & Mrs McLeod by Enhance Conservatories. As part of Enhance’s full turn key solution we complete & finalise all regulatory approvals where required.

The construction of the Mr & Mrs McLeod’s Modern Orangery was booked in by our inhouse Project Coordinator for a mutually agreed start date. Our installations on average take around 4-6 weeks to complete from start to finish.

Mr & Mrs McLeod were over the moon with their installation from start to finish with Enhance Conservatories. Once the room was fully decorated and furnished our clients were more than happy to have us back to show off their orangery and allowed us to take photographs of the completed works.
