The McLeods had an older conservatory that had become worn and outdated. Built years ago with materials no longer up to modern standards, it was uncomfortable—too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The space was no longer practical or functional, prompting them to seek a more suitable and efficient solution.

The next step was to arrange a FREE, no-obligation consultation and design meeting with the customer. During this session, we discussed the project requirements with Mr. and Mrs. McLeod and developed an initial design to give them a clear visual representation of how the project could look. Below, you’ll find the original mock-ups and designs created before Mr. and Mrs. McLeod chose Enhance Conservatories to build their modern orangery.

After Mr. and Mrs. McLeod placed their order with Enhance Conservatories, we carried out a detailed survey to ensure everything was accurate and compliant with planning regulations while confirming the technical specifications. For this project, planning permission was required due to the size of the modern orangery, which Enhance Conservatories handled on their behalf. As part of our complete turnkey solution, we managed all regulatory approvals. The build was scheduled by our in-house Project Coordinator, with installations typically taking 4-6 weeks from start to finish.

Mr. and Mrs. McLeod were absolutely delighted with their experience from start to finish with Enhance Conservatories. Once the room was fully decorated and furnished, they were eager to invite us back to showcase their new orangery and kindly allowed us to take photos of the completed work.
